CHANNEL THE ABSURD

Inside of each of us is a Clown, just waiting to come out.

Come and join us in a joyful exploration of our most Ridiculous Selves!

With our Red Nose as a portal, we reconnect with the spontaneous, emotional, physical, moment to moment world of the child, and discover our own Inner Clown.

With our Red Nose as protection, we safely explore our deepest fears and desires, and bring levity and light to our human circumstances.

With our Red Nose as guide, we give ourselves permission to go beyond the limits of the Ordinary into the Extraordinary and to celebrate the Absurdity of the Human Condition.

“Thank you so much for the workshop this weekend. It was a sublime experience.

I don't know how you did it, but you created a profound experience—I have never had the experience of the inner critic falling away so completely before.

It was just so rich in so many different ways. I will be reflecting on it for some time to come, and I can already tell it is one of those experiences that has changed me...though where any of it goes is a great mystery.

Thank you for all of it!

“I just want to send you huge thanks for the clown workshop!

It was joyful and playful and heart-opening and revealing and edge-pushing and devastating and ever-so-wonderful for me. You are a delight and a truly gifted teacher/facilitator. Keeping the energy up and flowing and engaging, moving seamlessly from one thing to the next, creating an atmosphere of freedom and safety, offering nuggets of encouragement to each of us and the group as a whole. I fell in love with every person there, and while I see that each participant was indeed adorable and unique, it was the artful way that you encouraged and drew out the human, lovable aspect of each person that fostered that good will in the circle.

It is rare to encounter such a skilled teacher, and I'm so grateful that circumstances allowed for me to be there.

IS CLOWN SYNDROM CURABLE?

I hope not! I’m still thinking in clown mode… playing with my food, exploring alternate uses for toothbrushes & underwear, giggling at my physical challenges…

Thank you so much, Christina, for gently guiding us to unleash our imagination … to explore our vulnerabilities & then turn them into play . It was such a blast to interact with all of you creative, courageous & kookie people. Glad to know there are others who recognize the need to celebrate the nonsense in life.

Warmest wishes for more whimsy to you all!

Come join us…
